I have spent my career treating skin disease — in hospital clinics, in research, and in private practice on Harley Street. Again and again I meet people who have lived with acne or rosacea for years. They have tried everything available over the counter, online subscriptions, repeated courses from their GP — everything except the treatments that actually change the course of these conditions, because those need a specialist, and getting to a specialist means either a long wait or knowing the right doors to knock on.
That never sat well with me. Acne and rosacea are among the most treatable conditions in dermatology when they are managed properly — and among the most damaging to confidence when they are not.
I started Revessa to close that gap: a clinic where anyone in the UK can receive gold standard care within days, be properly assessed, and leave with a clear, safe and effective treatment plan. No waiting list, no lottery — just specialist care, delivered personally.

Every consultation at Revessa is with Dr Magnus Lynch, a Harley Street Consultant Dermatologist (GMC-registered), personally. You are not passed to a different clinician each time.
You book online and we confirm your appointment promptly. Beforehand you share photographs of your skin securely, then you meet Dr Lynch by video to discuss your history, triggers and goals. You leave with a clear, personalised treatment plan and any prescriptions sent to a pharmacy of your choice.
As a Consultant Dermatologist, Dr Lynch can assess your suitability for specialist prescription treatments - such as spironolactone, oral antibiotics and other options - that GPs and subscription skincare services often cannot initiate. Isotretinoin (Roaccutane) can only be started at an in-person consultation due to UK regulation, but follow-up can then continue online.
Online acne or rosacea consultations with Dr Lynch are a fixed fee of £220. In-person consultations in Central London are £250, and repeat prescriptions for existing patients are £30. Pricing is fixed and transparent; medication and any blood tests are charged separately.
Appointments are usually available within 7 days, and often sooner. There is no referral or waiting list.
Yes. Online consultations are available to patients anywhere in the UK. In-person appointments are held in Central London for those who prefer, or need, a face-to-face assessment.
That is completely fine - reaching a clear diagnosis is part of the consultation. Dr Lynch will examine your skin and history and explain exactly what you are dealing with before recommending treatment.
